I have been going to them for many years. They have always been friendly and honest.
The Tech found three spots that was leaking oil, I will highly recommend The Auto Station to others! Special thanks to Leticya for your help and being so polite, I will be using your service again for all my repair needs!
have had my last 3 cars serviced here and never have been disappointed. This week my car would not start and I was a Costco. AAA sent out a driver to get me in my car but that wasn't the problem so they had to send another driver out which would be a 2 1/2 hour wait. The auto station gave me the name of a tow Service (CR which was awesome) and they had me at the shop in 40 mins. I got there right before closing but they went ahead checked the car out and it was the battery so they went ahead and took the time to replace it and reset up the electronics right then. They also had someone to take me home if it was going to stay in the shop. I have referred over 20 people there in the last 10 years and EVERYONE raves about them. Thanks to all!!!
I took my Tahoe into The Auto Station to find out what was causing the annoying clicking in my steering column. I spoke with service manager Kevin and we discussed the problem with service tech Alfredo. He said it's a common problem with Chevys caused by bad steering wheel bearing. They called and had new parts delivered and within an hour or so my Tahoe steers like it's brand new again. While waiting in the customer area I observed friendly caring service to the customers coming in. I will be back for any repairs I may need in the future !
Just moved here couple months ago and got recommendation for this shop. I am very satisfied with customer service, their prices and with the repairs they did on my car. Great shop overall and they got themselves customer here for a very long time.
This business is solid, honest, and very professional. After I found them 4 years ago I will literally drive the 100 miles from Avon to get my vehicle worked on with them when the fix goes beyond my capabilities/tools/inclination to do the work myself.
Took My Tahoe in for an oil change and Kevin worked me right in. I will go back next time I'm in the Denver area if I need anything done. The staff is super efficient and very friendly.
The Auto Station Rescued Me Again!!!
I have been taking my car to The Auto Station for more than 10 years because They are so nice, they always explain things so that I can understand what is going on, They are very reasonably priced, and they never fail to get the job done right!
Yesterday the mechanics at discount tire shared two Lugnuts off my wheels balancing and rotating the tires. They said it was safe to drive, but I really wanted to get it repaired before I made The two hour trip home to Canyon city. I called today at 8 AM and asked them if there was any chance they could do the job for me today between 11 and 1230. I fully expected them to say sorry but we’re booked solid. I was elated when Kevin said they’d have to take a look at it, but they could probably handle it today. I sat in the waiting room by their Christmas tree with real presents under it and was greeted by their beautiful and friendly dog. Within an hour my Lug nuts had been replaced. I am so grateful to Kevin and everyone at The Auto Station! You are life savers!
Called The Auto Station on a short notice asking if they could fit us in to do an inspection on a potential vehicle purchase. They fit us in right away. The whole staff is extremely professional and friendly. Eris took a lot of extra time to list out parts and labor on the report, even highlighting the most urgent. Probably took her an extra 1/2 hr. Thanks so much!
