Does this amount to a conflict of interest? More to the point …
The Conservatives say they want the government to mind its own business. However, it also seems that companies should have rights, not privileges, and that such "rights" overshadow those of individuals. So I would like know how they see the fact that auto insurance companies rely for their actuarial data on the maintenance of records of traffic violations.
